## RULE CHANGES ##
Create the following rule:

There exists a location named The Garage.  The Garage is not in the Grid, 
and is adjacent to no location.  If an Army or a Speeder is in The Garage, 
its owner may cause it to Enter the Grid at any legal loction.  If any 
Player or Gremlin is ever in The Garage, that Payer or Gemlin is immidiately 
placed in Limbo.

Change section A.1 of Rule 21 to:

Objects may have the property Score, which is an integer.  All players and 
the Administrator have the property Score.  The default value of the Score 
of any object is 0.

If an object has a Score, e may 'give points' to another object that has a 
Score, giving an integral non-negative number of points to the target 
object.  The number given may not exceed the giving object's points.  When 
an object 'gives points', e is considered to have lost that many points, and 
the receiveing object is considered to have gained that many points.  Points 
are not objects, and are simply a reference to a portion of a Score.  No 
object that has a nonnegative Debt may give or pay any number of points to 
any Society.

Whenever a rule states that an object receives a number of points, that 
object's Score shall increase by that amount.  whenever a rule states that 
an object loses a number of points, if the number lost is less than that 
object's Score, that object's Score is decreased by that number; otherwise, 
that object's Debt is increased by the difference between that object's 
Score and the number lost if that object has a Debt, and that object's Score 
is set to 0.  The Debt of a Player who joined the game within the past 10 
ndays is not decreased as a result of this. [[Let the newlings make

Change the first sentence of Section C of rule 1244 to "A player may Guess 
the Numbers by paying 4 points and posting to a public forum 5 integers if 
the state of the Number Game is Unsolved.", and remove the second-to-last 
sentence of that section.

## RESET ##
Clear all Automation Scripts.
Put all players are placed into Limbo.
Puta all Gremlins into Hiding.
Set the Integrity of all Airspeeders to 100.
Put all Speeders in the Garage.
Create one Airspeeder in the Garage for each player that does not own an 
Airspeeder, owned by that player.
Set the Score, BNS, Debt, Charm, Activity, Style, Entropy, BAC, 
Mischievousness, Entropy, Force, and RU's of all objects (including players 
and societies) except the Bank that have them to 0.
Give the Gremlin Fund is 150 points.
Give all players 10 points.
Destroy all Grid Objects, except the following: Players, the Yeti, Gremlins, 
Speeders, the Football, Bonus Boxes, the Casino, the Tower of Babel, and all 
Temples.  Weather Gnomes destroyed this way do not result in the Weather 
being updated.
Enact the following Insta-Rules, and place each in a random square:
{It is illegal to enter or remain in (10,10) without bouncing Elbonia-style}
{It is illegal to enter or remain in (10,11) without bouncing Elbonia-style}
{It is illegal to enter or remain in (11,11) without bouncing Elbonia-style}
{It is illegal to enter or remain in (11,10) without bouncing Elbonia-style}
Move each Bonus Box to a random square.

## Winterizing ##
Update the weather, but instead of the random things being chosen, the 
following happens:
-The temperature is set to -30.
-The Type is set to Stillness (which is otherwise identical to None).
-The state of the wind is set to Calm.

All Squares have their Substance set to Snow.
For 4 ndays, if the Weather would update, it does not.
