Various sundry random stuff::

An election for Minister of Quotations is now in progress. I believe Wonko
is the only candidate, and e has voted for emself.

An election for Ambassador to Nomicron is in progress. Emil Bleehall was
nomiated, but the nomination was never properly seconded. Oops. We'll try
this again next nweek, maybe?

Btw, Wonko is still racking up infinite Style, thanks to the Number Game
and eir existing Automation Script. The "9999"s are flying by like an
Omnislash or KoR attack.

SkArcher's quote prop is illegal: It quoted me, and I'm not a player, thus
I cannot be quoted, per r19.

Orc: You say that the "movement prop" had a change to r1326. What is the
movement prop? I don't immediately see a prop with 'movement' in the name.
Proposal number, please. (Also, fixed the ' thing in the GridMin page, I
think.)

bd leaves Athena's Society.

bd founds The First National Bank of bd_ (which, since it's probably just
a rules hack and not a "real" society, I'm not listing in the Roster).
Its Charter is 1520.

BvS earns 9 points (Minister of Gnomes payroll).

bd earns 25 points (Shiny bonus box at (8,18)). Radar updated.

If Orc rolled for the IID's effects, eir roll stands. If not, I rolled a
53, which is potentially bad -- it moves bd to Limbo, and bd's speeder to
some undefined location (the same Grid square as Barney, but Barney
doesn't come back for another nweek or so).

(Okay, that one was already determined, but this is still an ugly
undefined case that should be handled at some point in the near future.)

Orc rules FALSE on CFI 1513.
Orc's nweek 38 CFI is 1519, assigned to bd, and probably false due to the
statute of limitations.
