Actually, that was meant to be a Council Petition, but given the state 
of the Council, we'll make it a proposal.

Say, I've nominated myself, and been seconded for the Ministry of 
Quotations... when does the election start?

I add to my Automation Script: {{ If I am ever a candidate for the 
Ministry of Quotations, an election is being held for said ministry, 
andI  have not voted for myself in said election, I vote for myself for 
Minister of Quotations.
