I declare proposal 1467 Fatally Flawed. It has been brought to my attention 
that the value of n (as in 5^n) in that proposal is never set or reset to 
zero, meaning that each player is getting an undefined number of points each 
nweek from the revised number game if this passes. That kind of sucks, so 
we'll just fix it, shall we?
