The Prez of M-Tek makes this club prop:

{{ _Re-tilling Olive Harvesting_

If Proposal 1421 passes, replace the text of Rule 1141 subsection D with:

"At the beginning of each nweek, if an Olive Tree stands at a location that is not of type Fire, it gives its owner 4 olives, or 5 if it was Wet in the previous nweek."
