Regular Recognizer stuff:

As beverages are not actually carryable MOs, they wouldn't have been
dropped, or destroyed, when the Grid was evacuated. Thus, the two PGGBs
floating around should be returned to their previous owners (BvS and
Glotmorf).

Since the PGGB isn't really there, I'm not responding to The Voice's entry
into the Grid (since e appeared mainly to be going after the PBBG).

bd's CFI (regarding "private" votes) is CFI 1411, assigned to Sheeba.

The Voice is credited another 5 points for Weather Ministerial services.

Glotmorf is credited 9 points for Insta-Ministerial services.

All Speeders are penalized 3 Integrity (for being in squares of Fire).
Should've been done a couple days ago. (Orc, man, that drunken slurring is
just not right...)

Orc buys a Towel.

Orc enters the Grid (ouch! hot! minus 5 points! if he had them... Since e
bought the Towel first, e avoids the penalty.)

Orc picks up two Hands.

Orc cannot move on eir Speeder, as eir movement allowance for this nweek
is already exhausted (eir movement is pending a change in Weather,
permitting the moves e previously queued). After eir move is legal
(probably at the beginning of the next nweek), eir previous move to (12,5)
will take effect, charged against THIS nweek's movement allowance.

Orc's guess at the Number Game is pending my ability to figure out what
the hell a Euclidian distance in 5-dimensional space is. (E won't be
charged points for an erroneous guess, though, as e had no points to lose
when the guess was issued.)

The Gnome Factory issues forth a Basic Gnome on one of the squares of Mud
that are added as a result of the remaining Entropy Reset.

As always, Ministers are asked to attend to everything to which they are
expected to attend, and to submit invoices as appropriate.
(i.e. free vSOI Gnomes, Allowances, Force Recovery, whatever and ever amen)

Barney moves towards the nearest speeder (since there is an ambiguity in
the rules -- i.e. there were two speeders at equal range -- I chose
randomly). BvS's speeder gets crunchied for 20 Integrity.

Wonko's Automation Script does not specify what to do with eir proxy in
the event of a tie. Once again, I'm interpreting this as a random call.
Wonko's proxy is awarded to The Voice.

Ye gods, I hope that's everything. Whatever I missed/omitted/fscked up,
lemme know tomorrow. It's nweek 38, nday 1, and I'm tired.
