[Spoon-business] Orc's movement

Orc's moves are legal, but prevented by the Weather. So e's really back at
the Temple of Apophis, and can't use the Towel or Big Stick (as e doesn't
technically have them yet).

Unrolling things on the Grid page, and then putting them back, will
probably lead to me forgetting about Orc's movement. So bear in mind that
the Grid page is very slightly out of sync with reality until the start of
next nweek.
