[Spoon-business] Miss Tipping changes

I have changed the dimension into a list kept by Miss Tipping herself.


Change the whole of proposal 1384 into

A. Definitions.

A.1. Miss Tipping.

There exists a Passable MO named Miss Tipping of the female gender. If she is
not on the Grid, she will be in Limbo. 

A.2. Miss Tipping Tipper.

There exists a title 'Miss Tipping Tipper'. When a player receives this title
the previous holder loses it. The player holding this title is also called the
Tipper. 

A.3. Tip Value List.

Miss Tipping keeps a list of Tip Values, a player name and number pair. This
number is called the Tip Value of said player.

B. Behaviour.

B.1. Tipping.

A player may once in a nweek give from 5 to 500 shillings to Miss Tipping. She
will put that players name and a value equal to the amount given divided by eir
cartesian distance to her in the Tip Value List. If either of the two are in
Limbo, the Tip Value will be zero. 

B.2. Upkeep.

The Tipper has to pay half of what e paid the nweek before to Miss Tipping, or e
looses the title of 'Miss Tipping Tipper'. 

B.3. Movement.

At the end of the nweek, Miss Tipping will move. 

If Miss Tipping is in Limbo, she will move to a random position on the Grid. If
she is on the Grid, she will move at most 1d3 squares towards the player with
the highest Tip Value. If there is no player in the Tip Value List, she will
move towards the closest player. If there are 2 or more players with the same
Tip Value, she will choose one player at random from them.

When she ends her movement in the same position as a player, e will receive the
title 'Miss Tipping Tipper'. The movements Miss Tipping makes follow the same
rules as the movements of a player. 

After Miss Tipping has moved, She will clear her Tip Values List.

B.4. Earning Points.

At the end of the nweek, the Tipper will receive 1 point for each nday he has
stayed on the same position in the Grid as Miss Tipping.
