If Wonko really wants eir last-minute prop on the ballot so darn bad (and
technically e's entitled to that request), so be it.

Proposal 1379/0, "Recycle, please" is on the ballot for nweek 36.

I issue an Administrative Veto on p1379, so that next nweek, it'll get a
fair chance for everyone to consider it.

Orc does random Grid stuff, including acquiring an Espresso Gnome. Per eir
instructions, e detours towards a Radar Blip at (9,1), a White Hole.
(There are no other Gnomes or Gremlins nearby, so this has no effect.) E
finishes eir movement at the Temple of Apophis.

BvS dusts off the Insta-Rule system. Glotmorf, still around? :)
