[Spoon-business] The Daily Recognizer (Friday night)

Wonko names eir Speeder. I don't think there's a rule for this sort of
thing, but it shouldn't hurt... Wonko also engages in some recycling,
and acquires and then uses an Afterburner. (WBE rakes in the resources and
cash from the Afterburner.)

I did in fact screw up "Special Abilities," which was to be shelved last
nweek. p1345/0, 1345/1.
"raking away dead wood" is p1346/0.
"Libertarian Mandate" is p1347/0 (rectified: it needed a title)
"Small fixes to Bandwidth rule" is p1348/0 (rectified: added "A La Carte"
definition, since that seemed to be the author's intent), 1348/1
"I don't think we're in (10,16) anymore, Toto" is p1349/0.
"Standard Voting Procedure" is p1344/1.
"Redefining Mining" is p1350/0.

Wonko gives 1 point to Chris.
Glotmorf gives 1 point to Chris.

Chris is now known as Bridgeweaver, who now also has a Race, Gender,
Philosophy, and Grid location. Huzzah!

Ballot forthcoming. "Subsections Revisited" (p1351/0) will be on next
nweek's ballot, as it was a few hours too late for this nweek.
