Add a subsection to 1326.B.1:

Anti-Air Attacks
Faerie, Insect, Elf, and Alien Armies are Anti-Air Armies. If an Airspeeder 
attempts to move over one of these army types [[like via Vertical 
Boosters]], they may Shoot Down that speeder. If they do, the speeder loses 
(1+ (1d5-3)/10)*(Attacking Army's Power) points of Integrity, rounded off to 
the nearest point.
