[Spoon-business] Amendment to 1317

Remove the phrase ", and if they can be bought" from section B of Proposal 1317 and add "and" before "who they hate." Add "Humans, Dwarves, Faeries, Ogres, Orcs, and Droids can be re-purchased" to section A.1 of that proposal.

To section A.4 of proposal 1317, replace "between 0 and 1" to "between 0 and 1 unless the effects of something defined in another section of this rule or another rule say otherwise." [[I'm planning things that would make Armies stronger overall by adding more to that army as opposed to making each unit stronger.]]

Replace section B.1 of proposal 1317 with
"If two Armies owned by different players who are not Allied, are in adjacent squares, the General of one of those Armies may choose to Attack the other Army. When e does so, eir Army attacks the other Army and gets the first attack. If the other Army survives the Attack, it then retaliates with an Attack of its own. The Generals then have one nday to decide if they wish to Retreat. If neither Army retreats, then the second round of Attacks proceeds the next day in the same order. This process repeats until either Army retreats or has its Strength drop to 0.

When one Army attacks another, it lowers the other Army's Strength by ((1+ (1d5-3)/10)*Attacker's Power)/Defender's Toughness.

When an Army Retreats, it moves one square away from the other along a ray drawn between the two. This movement does not count towards that Army's movement for the week." [[Yes, I only changed one word, but I was also trying to fix those ^Ò things.]]

Add a subsection B.2 to proposal 1317 that reads:
{{
B.2. Alliances
If two players both announce in a public forum that they are Allied, they may move themselves and their Armies as though the other player's Armies were passable objects. Additionally, players who are Allied may not attack one another.
}}
[[Okay, Glotmorf, does that help a little? I'm not going to make Armies Passable, but I was going to put this in and forgot it. Also, how about this:]] Add to Section A of proposal 1317 the following sentence: "Airspeeders may move over Armies as though Armies were Passable Objects."
