Okay, prop amendment:
In the __Allowances__ prop, replace "300 BNS plus 10 BNS for each point of 
Charm they have." with "(300 + 10(eir Charm))BNS."

If there is an election for the position of Gnome Minister, which I don't 
think there is, I nominate myself for that position.
