RECOGNIZER (pre-end-of-nweek):

Baron von Skippy changes to the Plotting Radical philosophy.
Wonko returns from Leave.

"A return to Simplicity, such as it is" is p1311/0.
"Allowances" is p1312/0.
"On the Other Hand..." is p1313/0.
"A Tribute to Dave (and a nice conversation piece) is p1314/0.
"Dave Ex Machina" is p1315/0. And damn funny, though I expect some
controversy (since the Summoner gets relative immunity to most effects).


NOMVIVOR:

As usual, most votes were cast randomly. Anyway, of the four people left
on the Island (remember, there are five eligible voters, thus skewing the
numbers):

Glotmorf receives two votes.
Iain receives one vote.
Anything McGee receives one vote.
Baron von Skippy receives one vote.

Glotmorf is voted Off the Island.

The Overlord forces four players who didn't otherwise vote, to vote Yes on
p1305. This (inadvertently?) spares Capsaicin from Garbage Collection,
since eir vote-by-proxy causes em to implicity return from eir Forced Leave.


There is an election for the position of Ambassador.
Nominations for the position will be accepted through nday 5.
Rumour has it the job's pretty cushy and involves little work. :-)

There is an election for the position of Minister of Gnomes.
I encourage the incumbent, Baron von Skippy, to run for re-election,
as e has done a magnificent job.

I put up a two-minute hack of a page listing rules with non-default Layers
and Chutzpah. It's not quite the complex itemized list that's been
requested, but it's a start.
