M-Tek's Bandwidth is indeed WAY TOO BIG (i.e. 13, or 12 after p1285).

"So... Why Was This Never Done Before?" is p1281/1.
"Don't Forget to Set Your Alarm" is p1285/0.

The second paragraph of r1282 doesn't apply to Glotmorf or Wonko -- it
states that those actions occur when you have been players for one year,
not "a few days after you've been players for one year". Use up some of
that ludicrous excess bandwidth and propose to fix it.
