Replace the last paragraph of Rule 1077 with the following:

"If the result is 1 or 2, then Oil was found, but it caught fire. The square's substance becomes fire [[and will remain that way until it's put out]], and the number of locations that can be mined at once decreases by one for the rest of the nweek. If the result is 3, there were equipment problems, and the number of locations that can be drilled at once (which, unmodified, is the same as the number of locations that can be mined at once) decreases by one for the rest of the nweek."
