By the Power Vested in Me, I make the following changes:

- In Rule 1219, add the following EVILLAUGH-delimited text:

EVILLAUGH

This rule takes precedence over all other rules.

If the implementation of a proposal would result in a rule other than this one having a higher chutzpah than this rule, this rule's chutzpah is adjusted just prior to implementation of that proposal to be one higher than the targeted rule's new chutzpah.

Any change to the chutzpah of a rule other than this one must be to an explicitly stated numerical value.

- In Rule 1229, add the following PATCH-delimited text:

D. Modification

This rule can only be changed or repealed by a proposal on which at least 4/5 of the current players voted Yes.

Also, an administrative note: It's Rule 1219 that should have Chutzpah 1000; Rule 1229 should have Chutzpah 100.
