By the power vested in me, I change my position in WBE
to that of "Wealthy Bastard".

With regards to Wonko's membership, that and the
positions e and I were said to have were a result of
Mr. in a Spacesuit's insistence that WBE be set up eir
way rather than how Wonko and I had negotiated it. 
Given that, I remove Mr. in a Spacesuit's named
position from Wonko, but as Wealthy Bastard I do
formally invite Wonko to join WBE.

I also make the following change to the WBE charter:
Change "a Managerial Action" to "an Action".
