I amend my proposal entitled __Never again__ to be:

As of December fifth, the game of B Nomic will be exactly one solar year
old.

Therefore, I formally request the following changes to the gamestate:

Create a new rule:

B Nomic may in one of two states: Normal, and Partying.

When B Nomic begins to Party, each player's entropy and BAC are set to 0,
all Dead players cease to be Dead, and each player gains 10 style points and
a Glass of Champagne.

While B Nomic is Partying, the following statements are true:
* Any alcoholic beverage may be purchased for free by any player.
* When a player drinks a beverage, the effects normally associated with that
drink do not occur, except changes to that player's BAC. [[ Free Drinks! ]]
* Any player on the Grid may throw emself Elbonia-Style at any location at
any time by declaring they do so in a public forum. Points lost because of
this are immediately refunded. [[ Free bouncing! ]]
* All Bonus Boxes are treated as if they were a random one of the following
types: Shiny Thing, Teleport Pad, Gnome-in-a-Box, Wormhole, Towel Rack
[[ Party Favors! ]]
* The effects of Sirens are treated as if it were the Tango Season
* Whenever the Weather is updated, the temperature becomes equal to a random
number between 25 and 35, the precipitation is treated as if the roll made
for it were a one, and the wind becomes Calm. [[ Climate Control! ]]
* All players' radars are treated as if they were 50. [[ Vision! ]]
* Music is said to be playing, and the Grid Squares are said to be lit
Disco-style. [[ Lights! Music! ]]
* Players may not be Cursed, or become Dead.

When B Nomic ceases to be Partying, each player's entropy increases by 100
[[ Clean up afterwards ]]

Every solar year, at the end of the last nweek which does not contain
December 5, B Nomic becomes Partying if it is not already, and continues to
be so for one and a half nweeks.

Give Rob three points of Respect and the title "Revered Elder" [[Rob was the
very first player to join the game, and now e's been with it for a year.
That's pretty damn impressive. ]]

Make B Nomic Partying.
