Change the second sentence of the second paragaph of section D of the change 
to the Rule __Societies__ to "If a Society has no Members for the entirety 
of an nweek, it ceases to exist unless another rule states otherwise."

Change the senctence
"Destroy all societies other than vSOI, vSET, Athena's Society, WBE, M-Tek, 
OrcTech, The Secret Mookies, and Insert Name Here."
to
"Destroy all societies other than vSOI, vSET, Athena's Society, WBE, M-Tek, 
OrcTech, The Secret Mookies, The Upper House and Insert Name Here."
