I come home from work today and there's about 150 new messages in the
'Nomic' folder. A skim reveals a new player with a confusing name, and at
least one player requesting a State of Emergency. Sheesh.

I issue a one-day Writ of Delay so I can try to sort all this out in
between work and searching for more work.
