Since I didn't fix it before I remove "1. Belonging to no other societies
and" from the Charter of AS and renumber the other numbered items.

If bd is not a member of AS, make em a member.
Make "Wonko May Not Vote" a member of AS.

In the Olive Trees proposal section E, change what S is from "score" to
"Net Worth".
