[Spoon-business] Athena's Society Open Door Policy

I've decided anyone should be able to join Athena's Society, regardless of
what societies e belongs to. So,

I hereby remove from AS's charter the sentence "If a member at any time
belongs to a society other than AS or the Upper House, that member is
immediately removed from AS." and add in its place "and 3. Getting
Athena's approval in a public forum."

Everyone is now welcome to join. Lots of points and BNS for everyone!
