[Spoon-business] Bonus Box structuring


The Prez of M-Tek makes this club prop:

Replace the entirety of Rule 705 subsection B with the following:

B. Types of Bonus Boxes

The following types of Bonus Boxes exist:

B.1. Transporter Pads

When a player finds a Pad, it is not removed until one nday after the action finding the Pad is recognized or when it is used, whichever comes first.

A player may Use a pad in one of three ways, after finding it:

* They may Beam Out, which transports them to a specified location on the grid and removes the Pad. They may not do this if they hold the Football.
* They may Beam In another player, transporting them to the grid space occupied by the Pad and removes the Pad. They may not do this if the target holds the Football.
* They may Beam In a gremlin, transporting them to the grid space occupied by the Pad and removes the Pad. If the gremlin is in Hiding, it goes out of Hiding and is transported to the location of the Pad and removing the Pad.

If at any time there exists more than one Transporter Pad, hereafter refered as Pads, all but one randomly selected Pad is removed from the grid. If at any time there exist no Pads, one is places at a random unoccupied location on the Grid.

B.2. Shiny Things

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Shiny Thing, e receives 25 points from the Gremlin Fund, if it has at least 25 points.

B.3. Scary Things

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Scary Thing, e loses 25 points to the Gremlin Fund.

B.4. Black Holes

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Black Hole, any Gnomes in eir possession are destroyed, and any Gremlins in eir possession are thrown into Limbo. Weather Gnomes destroyed in this way have no effect.

B.5. White Holes

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type White Hole, all Gnomes and Gremlins within 4 spaces of eir location, including those in the possession of players within 4 spaces of the location, are moved to the possession of the player who found the White Hole.

B.6. Wormholes

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Wormhole, e is immediately transported to a square adjacent to another, randomly selected Bonus Box.

B.7. Inflatable Sirens

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Inflatable Siren, e is moved to a random legal square consecutive to eir location, and a Big Rock with a Siren on it is placed on the location e just was removed from.

B.8. Gnome-in-a-Box

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Gnome-in-a-Box, e receives two Gnomes of a single random type.

B.9. Towel Rack

When a player finds a Bonus Box of type Towel Rack, e receives one towel.
