I make the following proposal:

If it exists, add the following to the end of Section C.3 of the rule __The 
Gallery__:
{{The Curator may also maintain public representations of the game state, as 
reported by the Ministers and the Administrators.  If e does so, the 
Administrator may award im up to 20 points per nweek for this maintinance, 
which do not count toward any limits for Minister pay.  [[In other words, 
the Curator will get a bit for the normal gallery, and a bit for stuff like 
the 3D grid, but will max out at 40 if e does something like release full 
movies online depiciting everyone's actions for the nweek]].
