I create the following CFI:

Statement: http://www.nomic.net/~g6/static/roster.html is not the Roster, as 
defined in rule 24/0, is not the roster, as of the time this CFI was made.

Analysis: Rule 24/0 states that the roster contains the email address of all 
players. http://www.nomic.net/~g6/static/roster.html does not have this 
information. Therefore, it is not the roster.
