That's right, I'm supposed to propose to fix the Stock Market:

Change Section E of rule 946 to read:

Any player can purchase any number of shares of any of these stocks except
eir own player stock by announcing e is doing so in a public forum and
paying the price to the Bank, provided that e has enough money to make the
purchase, the price per share of the shares being bought is greater than
zero, and the purchase would not raise the number of shares of that stock
which e owns past 50.

Add the following Section to the same rule:

G. Redundancy

If at any time a player owns more than fifty shares of a stock, all but
fifty of eir shares of that stock are destroyed. If at any time a player
owns shares of a stock which e purchased for free, e immediately loses those
shares.

Amend rule 21 by replacing the text:

"The owner of one or more points may transfer any or all points in eir
possession to another legal owner by posting to the public forum."

with :

"The owner of one or more points may transfer any or all points in eir
possession to another legal owner by posting to the public forum, provided
the new owner is not a player whom the transferring player owns shares in
the player stock of." [[Whee! Sentences ending in prepositions!]]
