Replace the fifth paragraph of Rule 625 subsection C.2 with the following:

At the end of each nweek, the Insta-Minister shall be paid fees for eir services performed in that nweek as follows:

-	1 point for each Insta-Rule legally created or repealed
-	1 point for recognition of change of status of the Pig
-	1 point for recognition of adjustment of a player's Insta-Ruler, if said player did not submit an Insta-Ruling that nweek

After four consecutive nweeks of holding the title of Insta-Minister, the Insta-Minister shall receive a bonus of 1 point of Respect.
