[Spoon-business] My First Call For Inquiry

I'm sure none of you want to bring this up again, but I'm making a Call For 
Inquiry:

Statement: Any player may drink any glass of champagne that exists by 
announcing that e does so in a public forum, and if a glass is not specified 
when e does so, then the player drinks a glass, as chosen by the 
administrator.  As a part of this, Orc could drink every glass of champagne 
that exists, and did indeed drink that many or 5, whichever is less.[[Or 
more, if e can drink nonexistant glasses, which is not the topic of this 
CFI]].

Argument:
Part A: Yes I can
Rule 503/0, __Cheers!__ states that "A player may drink a glass of champagne 
by announcing that e is doing so in a public forum, this causes it to be 
destroyed."  This says 'a', without limitation, and is explicitly stated.  
This explicit statement means that Rule 636/1, __Keep your hands off!__ does 
not apply in this situation, if said Glass is even in the posession of the 
player.

Part B: The Admin picks
Rule 25/0, __The Administrator__, states "The Administrator is responsible 
for all game duties not assigned by the Rules to other players."  Picking 
out a champagne glass if one is not specified is therefore the duty of the 
Administrator.  Therefore, the Administrator must pick out which glass, as 
that picking is not assigned to anyone else.

Part C: There are indeed glasses
It appears, according to the roster, that there are indeed at least 4 
glasses of champagne in the game: Athena and Dan each have 1, and BvS has 2. 
 Whether or not the Roster is indeed accurate does not affect the truth of 
the Statement of this CFI, as the Statement specifies that glasses of 
champagne that exist may be drank, and does not apply to nonexistant 
glasses.  This Part C is provided entirely for reference.
