Yeah, that was a pretty big bug.

Change the text of the proposed rule "Destruction" to:

Priests of Apophis the Destroyer have a Dimension called "Destruction".
When a player becomes a priest, this Dimension is set to 0. Priests of
Apophis may increase their Destruction by decreasing a Nice Dimension
an integral number of points provided the Dimension remains positive. Nice
Dimensions are currently Activity, Charm, Respect, Score, and Style. The
Priest's destruction then goes up by the number of points the
Dimension was decreased.
Priests of Apophis may Wreak Destruction on another Player by announcing
their intention to do so in a public forum. The Priest must specify a
number of points to Wreak. Both the Priest's Destruction and the other
Player's Score are reduced by that number.
Priests may only Wreak Destruction once per nweek.
