Append the text of Rule 262 to the end of Rule 151, then repeal Rule 262.
Give Rule 151 the title "Name Changes".

Replace "Scoring Gremlin" with "Gremlin Fund" in Rule 396.

Remove the second, third, and fourth paragraphs from Rule 443. Insert in
their place the following:

Player or other game entity. The Football cannot be affected by Force
Powers while in flight. As soon as possible, The Administrator shall
determine its new location. Treat the Punt as an Elbonian-style Throw of
