In my most recent proposal I would like to make the following changes:

Add to the list in subsection A.3.1 "The use of any Force ability."

Add to the list in susection A.3.3 "The Force Destruction of any adjacent
location."

Add to the list in subsection B "A Force lift or pull to or from eir
location has a 1-in-2 chance (determined by the administrator) of not
working.  If this happens the cost in force points is still applied tbut
the effect is prevented.

Add to the list in subsection B "Force Destruction and the Jedi Mind
Trick, if targeted at em or eir location, have a 2 in 3 chance (determined
by the administrator of not working.  If this happens the cost in force
points is still applied to the Jedi but the effect is prevented."

Append to subsection A "An engraving may be at most 255 characters long.  
Any attempt to create or alter an engraving to be longer than 255
characters results in the truncation of the engraving.  The administrator 
shall make a list of engraving texts and their locations publicly
viewable."

Append to subsection A.1 {{

If the engraver is restricted in syllables-per-word in the public forum
due to entropy e is also restricted in engravings.  If an engraver
attempts to engrave a word with more syllables than eir syllable limit one
of the following events will happen with equal probability (determined by
the administrator):

The engraving becomes "foo was here" where "foo" is replaced with the
engraver's name if eir name is allowed under the syllable limit.

The engraving becomes "Trebor"

The engraving occurs as normal.

Replace subsection B.1 with the following:

B.1 Oops!

A player attempting to engrave "Elbereth" or any string contining
"Elbereth" has a 1 in 10 chance of engraving "Trebor" by mistake.  If a
player attempts to engrave a second "Elbereth" at a location or create
an engraving containing more than one instance of "Elbereth" one of the
following will occur with equal probability (determined by the
administrator):

The engraving becomes "Trebor"
The engraving becomes "Elberet "
The engraving becomes "foo was here" where "foo" is replaced by the
engraver's name.

Add subsection C as follows:

C. Trebor

A player who engraves "Trebor" or whose attempt to engrave something else
results in "Trebor" being engraved triggers the ire of Trebor himself.  
Trebor, although not otherwise present in the game, howls "Bring me back
my amulet!". The engraver receives the attribute "Eternally Cursed by the
Mad Overlord" and becomes a toad for two nweeks.

Add the following to the proposal after all proposed rules:

{{Add "The creation or alteration of engravings more than 3 times per
nweek" to the LOGAS.

Add the short form "eng." to the LOSA with the completion "engraving".}}
