Thanks for pointing that out.  I change my vote on prop 820 to SHELVE.  I
will vote for it next nweek if "The Weather Man shall be paid a salary of
2 points whenever the Weather is updated" is changed to "  The Weather Man
shall be paid a salary of 2 points the first time in any nday that
the Weather is updated."  I enoucrage others to do likewise.  Just to be
on the safe side.
