I don't really see how you can create a club unless you provide a Charter as
well... Maybe you wanted that to look something like this? :

I create a society called Team Wonko, with the following Charter:

Team Wonko has the following Initial Members:
    Enrique
    Luigi
    Rocky
    Curt
    Rod
    Guido


Immediately upon its creation, and each nweek thereafter, Team Wonko makes
the following proposal:

Give Wonko 50 points.
Destroy all clubs created since the beginning of this nweek, then destroy
all club props issued by said clubs save this one.
