I submit this Refresh Proposal:

1. Cancel all pending actions that would occur after the Clock turns
back on.

2. In rule 441 [[Gnomes]], section A.7 [[Garbage Cans]], change the text
"5 points" to "no points". [[You can set it to something reasonable once
the other costs are adjusted.]]

3. Destroy all DimShips. 
[[If they actually worked, they would give an unfair advantage, upon
reset, to people who own them. No refund is necessary now.]]

4. Restart the Clock.
