If the club charter for vSOI is interpreted to mean that vSOI (the club) may not make proposals, but its members can, I give BvS 5 points and join vSOI.
-That's what is says. vSOI, as an entity, may not make proposals. It was an easy way to avoid all the legal headaches resulting from M-Tek props. Oh, and once I recieve 5 points from bd, I give 5 points to the Gnome account. (What goes around...)-
