As a Member of the Upper House, I judge CFI 712 to be TRUE.

Analysis:

I find fault with the Appelant's reasoning regarding the word "you". A CFI is a game action, appearing on the public forum. Game actions only apply to current players. Therefore, the use of the word "you" in the CFI, at the time it was made, could only address current players, the logical intended target of any game action that addresses the readership of the public forum; had new players been targeted, the only legitimate way the action could have done so was to address new players as "they".

Given "you" referred to players existing at that time, and given no new players had joined the game since the formation of the HOoP, Plaintiff was quite correct in stating there was nothing in the HOoP charter that said how "you" could join.

I have said.
