CFJ 688 is appealed; it goes to The Upper House. Unfortunately, the rules
of The Upper House don't require that the members not be parties to the
relevant CFJ, or that they be active players... the three members of the
House randomly chosen for this appeal are The Reality Police, Glotmorf,
and Congenital Optimist.

Iain has ruled on CFI665.

Wild Card launches eir DimShip; it hovers at 0 ballast, 0 buoyancy.

"Less is More -- Grems." (whew, that's big) is 714/0.

"Delegation Means Delegation" is 709/1.

bd joins the Holy Order of Points.

Wonko appeals CFI 708. The Upper House is called upon once again: Rob,
Glotmorf, and The Voice are assigned to this appeal.

"Jumping through HOOPs" is probably illegal, er, 717/0.

Wild Card joins the Holy Order of Points.

Wild Card's Grid movement is illegal -- to the best of my knowledge,
Insta-Rules can't circumvent normal Grid movement rules.

The Insta-Rules that have been created are not recognized; that's not my
job. :-)

Under the current version of "HOP", the members are Wonko, Glotmorf, bd,
The Voice, and Wild Card. This isn't enough to trigger "The Other
Exploitation," at least not yet. :)

In the meantime, to bring the gamestate into alignment with recent CFJs,
the 20 points given under the first incarnation of "The Other
Exploitation" are hereby taken back (from Wonko, Baron von Skippy, bd,
Naath, The Reality Police, and The Voice).
