spoon-business: I become a player (attempt #2)

I tried this on May 13, but to the wrong list, so here goes again:

I am capable of passing the Turing test.  (Insert favorite insult here.)
I consent to be designated as a player, and to be governed by the rules.

I thereby become a player, per the auspiciously numbered Rule 13.

I select M as my gender, per Rule 295.

I also suggest that the Administrator designate <spoon-business@xxxxxxxxxxx>
as a Public Forum.  Is there a strong reason not to do so?
