Mithter A...Wonko recalled that when the chuthpah rule wath made, older rules were to get a chuthpah value of 0.  All thinthe that rule, if they weren't athigned one, thould have chuthpah of 1.

For the thake of newer playerth (and fewer dithputeth), would you pleathe athign the right chuthpah to ruleth that don't have it now?
