(Technically, it wouldn't be too hard to do at all -- I've got all the
forms I need for most common game maintenance, so I just copy stuff over
to a separate directory, throw a password on it, and that's that, more or
less. If need be, I can "quarantine" certain things, so they don't get
well and truly committed to the database 'til after I okay them, but I
doubt that will be a problem.)

I've already got a couple ministries lined up, probably starting with the
Ministry of Justice (if it was good enough for A Nomic, it's good enough
for me).
