An Anthology is a Poetic Form. To be an Anthology, a proposal must contain
multiple sections, each of which must be a Poetic Form. The Form bonus for
an Anthology is the bonus of the Form whose bonus is worth the most points
of the Forms used in the Anthology, plus 3*(the number of Poetic Forms
used). The Anthology does not count as a Poetic Form for the purposes of
determining this.
