spoon-business: Revision, again

I amend proposal 360 to remove the word 'Gremlin' from the first sentence of
the second proposed rule, and replace the word 'Roster' wherever it occurs
with the word 'GremList'. I then replace the second sentence of the proposed
rule entitled 'Magnets' to read "Each player who is on the GremList has a
magnet. Players not on the Gremlins do not have Magnets."
