spoon-business: Proposal: nDaysed and nConfused

__nDaysed and nConfused__

[[Due to the fact that some proposals were enacted later on the same ballot as the now-deleted provision in Rule 3 that changed all instances of "day" to "nday", and because subsequent ballots have included proposals that used the term "day" instead of "nday", I'm doing some cleaning up. Or rather, making it possible for said cleaning-up to be done legally, since I don't think day/nday can be classed as a typo/spelling fix.]]

In Rule 257, insert the following paragraph before the paragraph "Should a player object to the Administrator's actions in executing these powers, eir remedy is the Call For Judgement process."

{{
5) Correct a proposal or rule that uses the term "day" by replacing it with the term "nday", if it appears clear that the term was intended to refer to an nday. The Administrator must post notice of the correction(s) made to a public forum within 1 nday following the correction.
}}

Then, after *all* proposals on this ballot have been implemented, replace all instances of the term "day" in the rule set with "nday", and replace all instances of the term "days" in the rule set with "ndays". This replacement applies only to these unique terms, not to words in which these terms are found as substrings.
