The second part is all the voting stuff for the end of nweek 5. For the
first time in the game, someone actually sent me private votes that I'll
be required to disclose - sometime tomorrow, hopefully, I'll scan my vote
records and upload the resultant graphics to the Web site somewhere.
(Nobody said I'm required to make them convenient, merely accessible.
Heck, I'd prefer it if votes remained private.)

the Bandwidth Gremlin, since it doesn't seem to have anywhere else to go.

Rule 155's self-modification sequence kicks in:
Bob the Voting Fish ceases to exist. And e will be missed.
