READ THIS. You want to, really you do. At least the top part and the
bottom part; the middle is kinda slow. There are results and CFJ
assignments and recognitions and all sorts of cool stuff.


Okay, first off, to address the 51 new players: None of 'em ever sent
"I am a player" messages to any public forum, I won't even worry about
whether they need to pass the Turing Test or anything like that.

gritter's "Immunity Idol" proposal is 250/0.

Iain's CFJ ("votes don't have to be cast by players") is 251, assigned to
Rob. Since Bobs 1-30 changed all their votes to "ABSTAIN" and forfeited,
their votes don't count, but the votes of Glotmorf's friends could affect
the outcome of three proposals (specifically, 202, 221, and 226).

I'm going to abstain from counting the results of those three proposals,
since they're still in dispute for the time being.

Iain's "Limitation of Voting" is 252/0.
Iain's "Power to the Gremlins!" is 253/0.

These were both received before the end of nweek 4, and Iain didn't have
any proposals on the current ballot, so if Bandwidth Rationing still
exists next nweek, they won't count against eir 3-proposal limit.

gritter's "Kickback Interpretation" CFJ is 254, assigned to Bean. Should
proposal 229 pass, I won't adjust the scores as it requires until this CFJ
is resolved.

While we're on the whole CFJ trend: it's been seven ndays since these CFJs
were assigned, and no judgment has been rendered, so M'cachessilnath and
Scoff! are recused from CFJs 227 and 234 respectively. Each is penalized
10 points, and each is added to the List of Misbehaving Judges for two
nweeks.

CFJ 227 is reassigned to Congenital Optimist.
CFJ 234 is reassigned to Wonko.
