I am one of the players who prefer a non-zero-based counting of
nweeks, even if only for historical reasons.

I make the following proposal:

Modify rule 214 to read: {{

The current value of The Clock, with the number of nweeks increased by
one [[because The Clock is zero-based]], shall be displayed in public
view.
