If at any time any Player has all of the $N in circulation in eir Bank 
Account, that Player shall be given the title of "Grand Monopolist." Upon 
receiving the title of Grand Monopolist, the Monopoly is officially deemed 
Regulated and one-half of the $N in the Grand Monopolist's Bank Account is 
transferred to the Vault. In compensation, the Grand Monopolist is awarded 
a number of points as calculated by the following formula: (1000-x) where x 
is the Grand Monopolist's current score.
