Yep, time for the evening batch of recognitions!

"Taking a vow of non-silence" is recognized as 169/0 and its modification
as 169/1.

158 is revised (158/1). (If you're trying to get the clock synchronized to
when this proposal would take effect, you might want to change the "3" to
a "4" - it'd take effect at the start of nweek 4, as it's currently nweek
3.)

"Global Positioning System" is recognized as 170/0. (I'm disregarding the
"first" version of that, as there weren't any substantive changes between
it and the re-post, and I'm lazy.)

The first judicial reform revision is recognized (165/1). Ditto for 166/1,
'cept it's for a different proposal entirely. (Aside: See how easy it is
to get the two lists mixed up? :-)
