Oops. That didn't make sense. I rescind my proposal, and reissue it:

I issue the following !@#$ delimited proposal, entitled "Don't let the game
die"

In rule 15/0, replace the words "the eight day" with "the third to last day"

If anyone plans on voting for proposal 138/0, vote for this as well.
Otherwise, an nweek will change to be 7 days long, and voting won't start
until the 8th day, so nobody will be able to vote.
